I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) in Washington State. I am incredibly passionate about reproductive health and balancing hormones to improve your quality of life. My other passion is with staying on top of the latest research to make sure you are receiving the highest quality of care.
My patients work with me because they are looking for a partner to help them understand their health in detail. They want to know all the options available to them for treating a condition or optimizing their health.

My passion is helping women balance their health and hormones.
After graduating with honors from National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM), I completed a postdoctoral residency in primary care and women’s health. During my residency, I received extensive training in hormone replacement therapy and treating conditions such as PCOS, irregular periods, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Iron deficiency, etc.

The cost of my services are provided below for full transparency. Unfortunately, I am not accepting insurance at this time.
A comprehensive first appointment where we review your full health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, past labs, and wellness goals. We will clarify the root causes of your concerns, develop an initial treatment plan, and outline any recommended testing or follow-up steps. This visit sets the foundation for your personalized naturopathic care
A focused appointment to review your progress, adjust your treatment plan, and address any new symptoms or questions you may have. We evaluate how your body is responding, update supplements or medications as needed, and refine our next steps to keep making progress toward your health goals.
This appointment is for asking clarifying questions about treatment plan, putting in a new prescription, changing a lab order, and other quick concerns.
Messages that require clinical decision-making, review of records or labs, creation of a treatment plan, or that take more than brief time to address may incur a messaging fee of $35. However, free unlimited messaging is included with the health plan option(see below).
Healthcare is expensive and one of my goals is to create plans that help you save on your care over time. After our initial consult, you may find that a monthly plan would be helpful for covering more follow ups. The plan covers 1 monthly follow up ( 30 to 45 minutes) , 1 monthly check in ( 15 - 20 minutes) + unlimited messaging support on patient portal (charm)
